| I love to train at the gym it's become a big part of my life. I used to wiegh in at 297lbs with a 44" waist and could barely lift 185lbs now I wiegh in at 265lbs and have a 36" waist and still losing..I Now have 19" arms from biceps peak to triceps peak flexed and have thighs that when flexed measure in at 26" around.
