The video uploads won't play properly (or at all). Why?
You have an old version of Macromedia Flash Player that cannot play the videos on ZOIG.COM. Install the latest version now. It will only take a moment. After that the videos should play without a problem.

Why do videos that I watch end early (Show end screen early)?
If a video is cut off while it's loading an incomplete copy can get stuck on your computer, and it will never fully download. You can try again by clearing your browsers cache. If it continues to happen you might want to check the stability of your internet connection.
Clear the cache for Internet Explorer 7
1. Click "Start" and select "Control Panel".
(Note: With Windows XP Classic View click the Windows "Start" button and select "Settings" and "Control Panel").
2. Open the "Internet Options" icon.
3. Click the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Click the "Delete" button.
5. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files".
6. Click "OK" to exit.

4. Under the "Cache" heading, click the "Clear Now" button.
5. Click "OK" to exit.
Clear the cache for Mozilla Firefox 1.x
1. Open Mozilla Firefox on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options" then the "Privacy" icon.
3. Click "Clear" across from the Cache option.
4. Click "OK" to exit.
Clear the cache for Safari
1. From the Safari menu, click "Empty Cache".
2. When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?", click "Empty".
3. Click "Done".
4. Reload the page.

Can I download photos/videos from ZOIG.COM
No. Due to copyright and privacy issues, photos & videos cannot be downloaded. This is to protect the members who share them with us.

How do I put a main profile photo?
Your first approved photo/video becomes your profile photo. If you have more than one approved photos/videos you can choose (under My Account) which one of them to be your main profile photo.

I am having technical issues with the video chat. What should I do?
If you're having issues with the video chat the first thing you should do is clearing your browser's cache and restarting the browser (close all windows and open the chat again). Here's how to do it:
Clear the cache for Internet Explorer 7

3. Click the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.

If clearing your browser's cache doesn't work and you still have a problem with the video chat, you should re-install your Flash player. Just follow the steps below:
1. Click here and follow the simple instructions.
2. When you successfully remove the Adobe Flash Player, install it again. Just click here and again, follow the simple instructions. That's it!
